We are an acute and intensive care unit that cares for sick newborns and premature infants from gestational week 28. We work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of pediatricians, nurses, and nursing assistants, and the core of our work is always family-centered care. We apply an individual onboarding process based on your prior knowledge. It is important to us that you feel secure in your role before you start working as one of two nurses during a shift. We welcome both those who are new to their profession and those with more experience. If you are new to your role as a nurse, we offer an initial eight-week onboarding followed by four weeks where you work independently but as one of three nurses.

We are now looking for nurses/pediatric nurses to join our team! The positions are permanent full-time with start date according to agreement.

Nurse/Pediatric Nurse for Neonatal Unit 45, Sundsvall

With us, you will work with:

• Standard neonatal care
• Medication management
• Emergency preparedness for delivery and surgery

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has good knowledge of English in spoken form

It is advantageous if you

• Have additional language skills
• Have specialized training in pediatric and adolescent healthcare
• Have experience working in neonatal, acute, or intensive care units
